You can still join us by paying $50 cash at the gate. This option is available only if there’s still space, and stall availability is not guaranteed without prepayment.

Once confirmed, our team will guide you to your designated setup area based on the type of product or service you offer.

Why Are Food and Product/Services Vendors Treated Differently?

We’ve created two vendor categories—Product Vendors and Food Vendors—because each has very different needs and responsibilities. Product Vendors typically require a simple booth setup and don’t have to meet health or food safety regulations. Food Vendors, on the other hand, must follow strict health guidelines, carry valid permits through Interior Health, and often need special access to power, waste disposal, and specific placements to manage food service safely and effectively.

Because of these extra requirements and services, Food Vendors follow a different application process and pricing structure. It’s all designed to keep everyone safe, compliant, and set up for success.
